We’re looking to hire a Director of Sales – agency person to support our U.S. expansion with agencies companies. So, if you’re passionate about selling unique, highly-differentiated solutions to a market at its inflection point, and believe in your superior sales skills, your place is with us. You will be responsible for specific accounts in the U.S., selling Wizer’s products & solutions, mainly at agencies (e.g., market research, marketing, creative).

Who we’re looking for

You, a superb and experienced salesperson with particular expertise in creating and managing business relationships with agencies in the marketing and research space – eager to work in a young startup environment, with impeccable work and personal ethics, and excellent people skills.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Meet the company’s business objectives in assigned territories/accounts.
    Oversee the company’s customer relations in assigned territories/accounts.
    Manage, thoroughly map, create business relationships with stakeholders, and navigate through your assigned accounts
    Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to account management & deal closing
    Continuously gather client feedback to improve Wizer’s offering & optimize it to the client’s needs
    Actively promote Wizer’s brand & solutions in accordance with our marketing strategy (share content in social networks, attend events, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Experience in enterprise sales, including leading and managing the full sales process and working with the relevant internal and external stakeholders of the process (e.g., legal, procurement, IT, etc.).
    Experience in creating business relationships and selling to research, marketing, and creative agencies.
    Proven track record in meeting sales objectives
    Ability to collaborate with co-workers in a young & fast-growing international company
    Self-sufficiency and resourcefulness as key business characteristics
