We are seeking an experienced research manager to support the growth of our innovative A.I based consumer insights platform. Your role would be to support sales activities as well as existing accounts.  You will be responsible for identifying the ideal research methodologies per client.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure project specs are detailed and priced 
    Assist in RFP and RFI processes
    Support sales efforts
    Lead client research efforts – including hands-on data collection and analysis 
    Work closely with vendors and partners
    Track project budget and timelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent in marketing research or a related
    Management/consulting experience
    5+ years’ experience in the market research industry (quantitative), working at a research company, or within a client environment.
    Extensive knowledge of research methodologies
    Experienced in data analysis – SPSS is a must, excel, syntax, macro
    Must be familiar with survey programming and scripting platforms (i.e., Qualtrics, survey gizmo, decipher, Confirmit, etc.)
    Experience managing client relationships, projects, timelines, deadlines, presenting results, breaking bad/good news, advising, etc. Building trusted relationships and providing end-to-end service to enterprise companies.
    Capable of managing multiple clients/projects under tight deadlines
    Able to prioritize in a dynamic, continually changing work environment
    Detail-oriented while keeping in mind the big picture
    Flexible, fast-paced, level-headed, calm/collected
    Creativity to report findings in a way that is impactful, intuitive and visually appealing
