We are seeking an experienced passionate Research Manager to support the growth of our US client base. The role includes the support of sales activities as well as managing existing accounts. - Building trusted relationships and providing end-to-end service to enterprise companies
Ensuring project specs are detailed and priced
Leading client research efforts – including hands-on data collection and analysis
Working closely with vendors and partners
Skills & Requirements:
- Able to prioritize in a dynamic, continually changing work environment
Detail-oriented while keeping in mind the big picture
Flexible, fast-paced, level-headed
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in marketing research or a related Management/consulting experience
5+ years’ experience in the market research industry (quantitative), working at a research agency, or within a client environment.
Extensive knowledge of market research methodologies
Experienced in data analysis – SPSS, excel, syntax, macro
Must be familiar with survey programming and scripting platforms (i.e., Qualtrics, survey gizmo, decipher, Confirmit, etc.)
Experience in managing client relationships, projects, timelines, delivering results etc.
Capable of managing multiple clients/projects under tight deadlines
