As a  Senior Research Associate you will support managers with the dynamic project fulfilment process for simple to moderate market research studies, including fielding, data collection and review, report preparation, analysis and client communications.

You will be trained on the job in setup and fulfilment of research studies and manage clients and strategic research engagements.

 Relevant Experience

  • 2-3 years experience in the market research industry (from either the client side or the agency/research provider side)
  • Basic understanding of market research methodologies
  • Experience with data collection and analysis tools
  • Should be able to draft basic survey questionnaire from a project brief
  • Assist with programming surveys and field management
  • Manage a project schedule
  • Perform analysis using Excel and SPSS (familiar with SPSS syntax work)
  • Consult on research findings (research insights)
  • Experience presenting results
  • Enthusiastic about data and market research

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, SPSS, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Open to learning new technologies
  • Creative, multitasker, with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Setup and execute a sales plan (i.e. territory account-based, vertical-focus plan, agency-focus) targeting existing and new brands (focusing on mid-size and large enterprises / Elephant accounts, as one target audience, and top agencies as another target group)
  • Accountable for leading the sales process for the respective accounts, from qualifying marketing leads to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain the relationship with the respective install-base to expand the contract offer once the time is relevant for renewal/expansion
  • Ability to customize the selling pitch/messages to align with the current needs of the potential customer
  • Maintain and track ongoing prospecting activities and tasks, pipeline accuracy, and contact information in the CRM system
  • Proactively navigate new vendor setup processes, working with various client functions (e.g., procurement) to negotiate favorable terms
  • Work with sales leadership to align on targets and priorities and provide input on customer requirements into the product roadmap process

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a consistent track record of exceeding goals (i.e. revenue, new names, margins)
  • Must have specific experience selling to mid-to-senior levels within an organization
  • Bring a strong understanding of the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture client relationships and find new stakeholders
  • Impressive presenter, effective in virtual presentations as well as in-person meetings
  • Persistent, determined, and demonstrates initiative
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment with a true self-starter mentality
  • Enjoys brainstorming with team members to overcome any deal challenges
  • Experience in consultative selling

We are looking for a senior python developer to join our talented team to build an innovative consumer insights platform.

 

Responsibilities

  • Please take part in the entire life cycle (design, implementation, deployment, and support) of building new features and capabilities into our product. This includes operational and data analysis features that are part of the back-end, implemented in Python. 
  • Build a new research platform over AWS-based data lakes.
  • Understand the product and its ecosystem, including various 3rd party services and tools.
  • Keep up to date and apply software engineering best practices to continuously improve the quality of our codebase and getWizer's velocity.
  • Think out of the box and be proactive in all aspects of your work.
  • Collaborate with your peers to produce optimal solutions, continuously teach and learn, and.... have fun!

 

 

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of practical experience building complex web applications (backends) in Python.
  • Solid understanding of Web application technologies and architectures (e.g., REST, web security, middleware, access control, etc.)
  • High proficiency of OOP principles (DDD – a plus!)
  • Experience working with a Linux, Docker, and Cloud (AWS/Google) environment
  • Experience with working both SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with the following development practices: continuous integration, TDD – a plus
  • Having good SQL knowledge (wiring queries).
